Living with SHAPE has a mission to help increase one's ability to be present in the moment. The mind/body connection is an adamant pathway to success. Thus emotional imbalance is highly linked to one's physical health. Living with SHAPE's goal will be to help develop coping techniques and healthy ways to balance a productive lifestyle and incorporate emotional regulation into life.

Living with SHAPE has a mission to help increase one's ability to create positive action in his/her life. Behaviors can have a severe impact on a person's physical and mental health. The program's goal will be to understand better your current and/or desired behaviors that will help shape your routine into a lifestyle.
