What health mean to us...

Physical Health

Physical health can be defined as the general condition and functional well-being of an individual.  By maintaining good physical health, one can become more self-reliant, focused, and better prepared for personal progression.

Living with SHAPE has a mission to help you increase your personal awareness and physical health.  We will work with you to create a customized plan focused on providing your body with a well-balanced solution for success.  A few core components of our program will help organize throughout your life are rest, nutrition, daily exercise, and emotional well-being.

Mental Health

Mental health is defined as a state of emotional and psychological well-being in which an individual is able to use his or her cognitive and emotional capabilities, function in society, and meet the ordinary demands of everyday life.

 

Living with SHAPE has a mission to help you become and/or maintain a life of mental health.  The program's primary goals will be to help individuals realize their potential and to create productive and fruitful lifestyles.  We will help you achieve your personal ambitions, quiet your mind and build coping techniques.  These are all components that will help you increase your mental health level.

Social Health

Social health refers to one's ability to adapt, communicate and interact with others effectively in multiple social situations.

Living with SHAPE has a mission to help you increase your social health by providing a positive environment filled with like-minded team members.  Our team will focus on helping you reach your individual goals while still providing a healthy environment.  Together we can help "SHAPE" our community by raising our social health standards.
