Living With SHAPE provides consulting, coaching, facilitation, educational programs, workshops, assessments, and related resources focused on leadership, culture, systems change, and regenerative psychology (collectively, the “Services”). Services may be delivered digitally, in person, asynchronously, or through affiliated platforms.

Not Medical, Psychological, or Therapeutic Services

Our Services are educational and consultative in nature. They are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical treatment, mental health care, or legal advice, and we do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

If you are experiencing acute distress or require clinical care, please seek support from a licensed professional.

Eligibility and Use of Our Services

By using the Site or Services, you represent that you:

Are at least 18 years old
Are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
Will use the Site and Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws

Payments and Refunds
